Round - Trip Transfers within a 30 mile radius $85 each way

Round - Trip Transfers outside a 30 mile radius $85 per hour plus $3.50 per mile

Tours for Group Outings $120 per hour

About Executive Medical Transportation

Executive provides everything to serve your automobile transportation needs. We offer private luxury sedans, airport shuttle from downtown and areas outside of Baltimore to BWI, Dulles and Ronald Reagan airports. In our fleet, we have two (2) 25-passenger Mini-coaches, to accommodate shuttle coaches for weddings, day trips, and other traveling requests. We also have vans available to charter for shuttle services, day trips, etc. We can also accommodate requests for limousines and larger motor coaches for longer trips. And lastly, we are able to offer wheelchair-accessible vans (both equipped for a wheelchair and two ambulatory members) to do non-emergency medical transports throughout the region.


All of our drivers are PSC-certified and approved by the Maryland Aviation Commission for picking up customers from the BWI Airport. Additionally, all of our wheelchair van drivers have first-aid and CPR certification.


Medical Travel Agency
We at Executive are pleased to announce our non-emergency medical transport services. We now offer transportation for patrons in our wheelchair vans, all of which are outfitted with wheelchair lifts. We also provide sedans for non-emergency transportation around the region for your clients' various needs.
