I recently came in to Hennesseys and was not impressed. The food was really good but the manager appeared very rude to the table next to us and their server. The tv was on so loud that it took away from the ambiance. It was no wonder that the place was so empty.

Have dined here a few times over the past 15 years and have always been disappointed. Most recently we made New Year's Eve reservations only to be told when we arrived that they were not taking reservations. There was no apology, no attempt to seat us, nothing but snooty waiters. The only thing this restaurant has going for it is its location, but there are better places to dine in the downtown area. Will not go back.
