He is rude, impolite and greedy. I have taken my daughters car their twice and the dealership that I bought the car from had tires put on from there when originally purchased which has been a total period of A LITTLE OVER A YEAR!; and now my daughter is still having trouble with one of the tires and he says all he can do is give us a good price on a new one. Guess what HIS GOOD PRICE STUNK! My son-in law found two other places locally that not only beat his price but the people were very courteous. OF COURSE STEPHEN SAYS THAT IT IS BECAUSE HE CAN'T FIND MY NAME IN THE SYSTEM. WELL HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY TROUBLE FINDING IT WHEN I WAS PAYING FOR THE FIRST 4 TIRES!!!! I just spoke with Stephen again on the phone and reminded him that I was the one, when working for a company that did business with him, that made sure and invoice of about $500.00 got paid that he was having trouble collecting from one of the owners. I even went so far as to put my job on the line to give him the credit card to put the charges on so he could get the prolonged debt off of his books. Found dealer in the real yellowpages and called them with my needs. Told me that they had numerous tires in stock for my budget concern including some used but good conditioned tires. Got there - they checked out my size and let me know that first, they only had one good used tire they would recommend installing. Second gave me the prices on several budget tires to fit my budget. Had me "Out the Door' in less than 40 minutes from start to finish. WOW!
