I was shocked to see that the 2005 review on here was negative. I have been in Columbia for 14 years and always shopped there for my flowers. During the wedding shows last year I looked at other florists but ultimately ended up coming back here. The service was excellent despite the fact that they were insanely busy. My suggestions were met with complete receptivity and I never felt like I was being pushed one way or another but rather led along in the process towards satisfaction. I don't have a lot to spend on flowers and that was never a problem when discussing bouquets. My wedding isn't for another few months but I feel confidant that what I want will be delivered and I do not hesitate to recommend them to people.

Placed an order late for Valantine's day and the Owner went out of his way to make sure it was delivered on time. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Would give it 5 stars except over priced. But, you know you can't go wrong with Rosewood florists!
